How do I apply?
You can apply online through the application link provided in the listing. Applications are reviewed once fully completed and submitted. Head to our listings page to find a property and access the application link.
How long does approval take?
Once all required documents are submitted, applications are typically reviewed within 24 to 48 business hours. Incomplete applications will not be processed, so make sure everything is in before checking on the status.
Do you accept co-applicants or multiple applicants?
Yes, co-applicants are welcome. All applicants must complete a separate application and will be screened both individually and collectively.
Do you accept Housing Authority / vouchers?
Yes, we accept Housing Authority applicants. Standard screening criteria still apply.

- No prior evictions
- Income of at least 2 times the monthly rent

After Approval
What happens after I am approved?
Once approved, you will receive next steps including lease signing and move-in instructions. Our team will guide you through everything needed to get settled in.
Can I hold a property?
Properties are typically secured once the lease is signed and the required move-in funds are received. We recommend acting promptly once you are approved to avoid losing the unit to another applicant.
When is rent due?
Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Late fees apply if rent is not paid on time, as outlined in your lease agreement.
How do I access the property before my move-in?
